Facility for picking up & dropping children safely is available in G.I.M.R.C. Three buses are provided for the service. Driver and conductor are accompanied by an attendant who is able to take care of the children on the way to home. The bus service is presently available for tricity Panchkula, Chandigarh , Mohali and near by villages of Chandigarh. 180 children are presently availing the facility and there is a planning to increase it further. The buses cover radius of 25 K.m around G.I.M.R.C. The staff on these buses has been performing these duties for last 8 to 10 years and is well experienced in handling these children.
